Services included in your stay
Welcome and comfort
All that’s left to do is unpack. As soon as you arrive, our concierge service will give you a warm welcome and help you familiarize yourself with the chalet’s amenities. What’s more, our concierge is on hand to deal with any emergencies or problems you may have, day or night.
To ensure an impeccable stay, the chalet is fully cleaned at the beginning and end of your stay. On your arrival, 15 cosy beds will be carefully prepared, and extra pillows will also be available for your comfort.
You’ll also find complete sets of towels in different sizes, as well as bath and shower mats, carefully laid out, allowing you to enjoy your stay to the full right from the start.
Swedish bath
As soon as you arrive, and of course after a great day’s skiing, you can unwind in the Swedish bath. Set up outside on one of the chalet’s terraces, you can enjoy the view over the resort and La Muzelle.
It is heated to 38 degrees and is at your disposal throughout your stay.
Private Ski Room
The private ski room on the first floor of Chalet Aljuca offers a comfortable space in which to get ready. Not only does it secure your equipment in ski lockers and a dedicated ski closet, but it also has boot and glove dryers to ensure optimum comfort the next morning.
Helmet shelves add practical organization for easy access to your equipment.
What’s more, being heated, it preserves your equipment while keeping it ready for the next adventure on the slopes.
Private shuttle
To make it easier for you to get around during your stay at the chalet, a free private shuttle is available during the ski season, operating from 8:30am to 10pm. This service, which can accommodate up to 7 people, takes you to the heart of the resort and the ski lifts in less than 5 minutes.
Renters have the convenience of calling the driver, who will come directly to the chalet to pick you up.
Whether you need to get around the resort or transport your skis, this shuttle makes your chalet experience both comfortable and convenient.
If your group exceeds 7 people, the driver can make several round trips at no extra charge, ensuring that all members of the group can benefit from this service.
Garages
Chalet Aljuca offers you two enclosed garages, providing optimum security for your vehicles or mountain bikes, easily accessible via dedicated remote controls. In addition to these enclosed spaces, a carport is also available to offer you a practical alternative for parking your car, while protecting it from winter weather.
What’s more, these garages and the carport provide direct access to the chalet from your vehicle, making it easy to transport your luggage and ski equipment, and ensuring optimum comfort on arrival and departure.
One garage has a 220v socket for recharging your vehicle.
Cooking for chefs
Chalet Aljuca’s kitchen is a veritable paradise for budding chefs and lovers of fine dining with family and friends. Fully equipped with two refrigerators, two hobs, an oven, a microwave, a slicer and multi-function food processors, it offers everything you need to prepare memorable feasts.
A coffee maker, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster are available to get the day off to a good start.
For convivial mountain evenings, two raclette machines and two fondue machines allow you to enjoy warm moments around traditional dishes. And to make your arrival as pleasant as possible, you’ll find a well-stocked cupboard with oil, salt, pepper, coffee and tea towels, eliminating the hassle of first purchases.
